Ultimate Team Stuck / Not Connecting During Promos in FC 26

Hello EA Support,

I am facing an issue in FC 26 where Ultimate Team gets stuck or shows “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible” during promo events. I have tried everything to fix it, including restarting the game, restarting my console, and checking my internet connection, but nothing is working.

The issue is only with Ultimate Team, while all other game modes are working perfectly fine.

Please look into this issue.
