I Cant Log in to my ultimate its not working so what should i do

After the FC26 update yesterday, I can log in to FUT Web but I cannot connect to Ultimate Team. I tried on another PC as well and still cannot connect. It seems like my account has been suspended, but I have not violated any rules and I have not received any emails from EA. I really need help.

Hey there! Try restarting your game and double-check that it’s fully updated. You can also repair the files through the EA app, or verify them in Steam if that’s where you’re playing.
What can we do for it if it’s happening on Xbox it keeps saying can’t connect to ultimate at this moment
