Any attempt to use the chatbot just links me to articles I've already tried
So - this problem still exists. You've not responded to any query here. I can't raise a support ticket as the chatbot won't let me - just to articles that don't work.
I can get this to work from a laptop, on the same network, with the same credentials - but it's unplayable as it's too juddery.
So...points to some account setting on my machine? You would have thought, but a full un-install, clear folders, re-install and the problem remains.
There are zero issues with any other IP connectivity to anything else.

Hello. I assume the device that isn't able to connect is a PC? If that's the case, there would be something either on your router or with your PC blocking access. Possibly some antivirus or firewall software. Can you try temporarily disabling that software to see if you can connect?
Also, did you try alternate DNS settings as mentioned here?
