In the UK. My son has bought the fc26 game. He is unable to play online as comes up with “unable to connect to the ea servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the platform client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more info” we have tried everything but can’t get it to work and there doesn’t seem any way of contacting EA. With thanks

hi im also on pc with the same issue i disconnect after logging onto ultimate team for 30 seconds with the same disconnect message i dont know what the fix is let me know if u find a solution

Solution found for my son. Won’t help everyone but my son just changed his age to 13 and suddenly can now play the game. Looking online, it appears that some countries have a minimum age to play online and this seems to be 13 in the UK. This is the first time it has been an issue as he has played all other versions of this game with no issues. No mention anywhere to tell us this.
where to change the age? on EA play or somewhere else?
