Unable to connet to opponent

Each time i try to connect to an online match.. its  stuck initializing and then get a message "  unable to connect to opponent or oppoent has left the match..   , i tried on seasons to get a match the  message says that my Nat is 1 , iv always had nat2 , never any issue connecting to matches.. 
i have 200 mbps up and down.  please check the issue
