Unable to get into ultimate team - PS5 - Sydney Australia

After launching the game, it freezes for a while right after the EA servers screen before eventually loading the main menus. When entering Ultimate Team, the game freezes again for an extended period...

I'm also having the same issue since the early access. Sometimes it works for me if I switch to hotspot. However,  it's frustrating and EA should compensate us for these errors.
