Unable to start the game

I have FC 26 for months now. Today, I tried to play the game and at first, it wasn't connecting me to online. The game was also glitching heavily. After 2 tries, now I can't connect to the game altogether. Is someone else experiencing this issue?

I have good PC and I've played the game on high and ultra graphics so my PC shouldn't be an issue. What's with EA?

Hey Artalamia that's a bit of an odd one.

Are you seeing an error message of any kind when you try to play the game?

These can contain info that allows us to narrow down the cause of an issue.

Can also help if you grab a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system.

Once we have that info, we will be able to look into this and hopefully get you sorted.
