Unfair Disconnect in FUT Champions (5-5, 90th minute) – This is NOT acceptable
I’m seriously frustrated right now. I just got disconnected in a FUT Champions game at the 90th minute, when the score was 5-5, and it somehow counted as a loss. That’s completely unfair and 100% against your own Fair Play and Connection Policy.
My internet was perfectly fine — this was clearly a server-side issue, and according to your own rules, disconnects caused by EA servers should not penalize players. Yet here I am, losing a hard-fought match because of something out of my control.
FUT Champs is competitive, and every single match matters. I put time and effort into this game, and getting punished for your servers failing is unacceptable. I expect this match to be reviewed and restored, or the loss removed from my record.
Please check my account logs and server data — it’s obvious I didn’t quit. I deserve a fair correction.
