Unfair Loss

I’m so frustrated with this game. I was already having a not so good run in champs and I was winning 5-1 in this game. My opponent pauses the game and then the screen says that he forfeited but my game immediately crashes. When I go back into champs it says that I disconnected and gives me a loss. I have disabled cross play and I’m on PS5. This isn’t the first time it happens and what are the odds that it crashes like that immediately after he forfeits. Idk what he did of if he did anything
