Hi everyone,
I’m also affected by this same issue on Xbox Series X, using the latest update of EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team.
On October 20, 2025, I had two separate failed purchases where each transaction deducted about 35,000 coins, but no player was added to my club or unassigned list afterward.
During my chat session with EA Support (case #226157981), the advisor was able to verify through the transaction logs that there’s a discrepancy between my coin movements and the transaction history — basically, a gap where coins were deducted without a recorded purchase. He confirmed this points to a Transfer Market processing bug.
I’m posting here so that the development team can link my case to this thread, as it seems to be the same underlying issue other players are facing across different platforms.

Not yet. I've just ended a chat on ea help but they told me to post something on this forum. Yeah, it's super cool that they could fix the bug, but we want our coins back! Basically, they didn't mention anything else. I asked to escalate the ticket because the request is to get the coins back, not to fix the bug. I'll ping them in a week from now to validate if there's any update on my ticket.
