Was winning a game 2-0 in FUT on World Class when the game crashed

As the title says. There were less than two minutes left when I went up 2-0 and the game crashed. I chose the option to send a report with video attached so there is a record of this. When logging back in, I was given an 0-3 loss. Please credit me for the 2-0 win and provide the points I would’ve received as this affects my weekly score and the rewards I would earn.
