Web app not working on Mac

Hey everyone, I have tried to access the web app for the first time on my new mac but for some reason, I can get it to work in Safari but when I try and load it in Chrome I get an error stating "EA Account Servers Unavailable"

Does anyone have any experience with this issue as it seems a pretty strange one that should be simple, I have erased cookies and cache to see if it helped but no luck
