Webapp transfer market not working but in game it is unlocked

My transfer market is now working on the webapp, roughly 48 hours after I unlocked it on the game (note this is on top of the 48 hours I waited post objectives). Not sure if it was fixed or that's how it's suppose to work but it is working now.
