We've reset your club name to a generic name

I got this message everytime i enter clubs and can not change the team name as it states it is still offensive,. Team name was spiicy boyz with 2 dots over the first I. I can not access anything on the clubs page because this message pops up almost immedialtely. I do not understand how spicy boys is even offensive, the announcers in the game say spicy boys, that is why we picked it....can someone from ea please help me so i can get into the other menus of the game and play games
