Won’t let me access transfer targets?!objectives completed.

Anyone having this issue if so how to rectify?

I have completed the objectives to open the transfer market, I bid on a player and won them, however I can’t access completed transfer targets. When I go on the transfer market to search for players it lets me bid but does not register. It is making the game pretty frustrating to be honest. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this or at least let EA know there’s a massive issue with it?
