Won’t let me use EA play trial

Have had Ea play for years but won’t let play the trial. Can get to the Home Screen then it kicks me out saying “ There was a problem validating your EA play subscription status please try again”. I play on Xbox gamertag RuFfbUtT7, error occurred at 19:47
