Would like a refund or action taken deceptive store pack

Bought the PTG RSVP PLAYER PICK PACK which says it has 12 rare items. I know it says pick 3/12 but I was under the assumption that I’d be getting 12 players with 3 of them coming from the PP. the other packs in store count the chosen players from pp plus whatever else is in the pack.
