Xbox 10h trial

Been 1 week i bought the ea play and try to play the 10hr trial but i still can't.

When i launch the game everything is doing good until i enter in the menu ( dont have all the gamemodes ) like im on a beta.

It pisses me off because i love this game but dont have enough money to buy the game so help me guys plss !
