Xbox Controller vibrates continuously

I have FC26 on EA Play Pro, on PC using multiple xbox controllers, wireless and wired. The controller start vibrating then the game logs into the ea servers. I don't have the issue when offline. The ...

I just downloaded the Xbox accessories app and then disabled the controller vibration setting to off. This work but then you have no rumble in the game.
