Xbox One S – Unable to save Personal Settings 1 after error 0x80830003

EA SPORTS FC 26 on Xbox One S cannot save "Personal Settings 1."

Initially, I received Xbox error 0x80830003, saying there was no space for saved data.

I already:

• cleared local saved games
•  restarted and power-cycled the Xbox One S
• deleted FC 26 reserved space
• reinstalled the game
• confirmed that storage space is available

My saved data shows approximately 497.7 MB for my profile and 1 GB reserved space.

I do not want to choose Delete everywhere, because I may lose my cloud progress, Career Mode, and other saved data.

Please advise how to repair or reset only the Personal Settings 1 file without deleting my other cloud saves.
