xp and ap bug

my Pro Clubs progression on PC is stuck. After every match, I do not earn any AP or XP, and it says Max Level Reached after each match although I’m hard stuck on level 1. I’ve already reinstalled FC 26 and the EA App and deleted settings and files with no luck , please fix I bought the game for pro clubs only and sad to see I can’t even enjoy that. I bought the game just like two days ago with like 20 games played and no progress. I contacted ea support and they all said they were working on it so I hope the message got across, please fix !  my user is h_a_y206
