    I had the same problem, updating the TPM to 2.0 fixed it.
    Press Win+R and type tpm.msc in the bottom box. If it shows 1.2 then that's the problem. The latest version of Javelin requires TPM 2.0. You'll need to do some research to understand how to upgrade to TPM 2.0 for your specific computer/motherboard.

      J’ai la version 2.0 aussi et je peux pas lancer fc26, est ce que tu aurais une solution ??
