Clubs Input Lag is unbeareable (On PC)

I play mostly UT and Clubs with my team. When we play 11 vs 11 the game is borderline unplayable for me and other few buddies. At the start of the game, half time and whnever a team scores we exprience massive lag that lasts about 15 30 sconds. In general there is a very noticeable input delay that makes the game very muddy and sluggish to play. It happens way less when there ar less players in the lobby, ut when it's a full 11 vs 11 it's literally a painful experience. The ones experiecing this all all on PC with mid-low end PCs.
