I was playing a match in Ultimate Team Draft mode. At the end of the match, I received a 'Communication Error' and was disconnected from the servers. Even though I won the game, the system counted it as a 3-0 loss and I was eliminated from the Draft.
This was not due to my internet connection, as I remained logged into PSN/Xbox Live/Origin. I have lost my 15,000 coins / 300 FIFA Points entry fee due to this technical error.
Could you please investigate my match logs and grant me a Draft Token Replacement so I can retry the entry?
