Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Unfortunately, I can see that you still haven’t done anything about the cheaters. Hackers are still able to block control of my own players and then score against my goalkeeper, who doesn’t even try to save the ball. I’m reporting this because how much longer is this going to go on?! Do you really want every player who plays this game on PC to leave and start playing something else?! It’s impossible to enjoy the game when every second match is against a cheater, and there’s no way for honest players to have fun. Please, get to work and do something about this!!! I took the time to take the video of cheater/hacker who used all cheats/hack available on black markets, even on amazon. EA_Darko , please avoid giving me a new warning, I removed all usernames, and hidden the team names, so this video should be as per forum rules. The player used AI desync and stamina hack, you will see how my CPU players barely moving and not looking for ball, not marking defenders and are very slow. Also, you can see that his low rated defenders are faster than TOTY Dembele with 97 pace, so you can imagine how that affect other players. Previous was regarding the data hack, yet he used and script for gameplay automation, you can clearly see that every time I click the tackle(pass/tackle button) his player automatically do dribbling or pass as programmed automation. Also, you can see how his defenders do tight marking, which is part of defence script. The third script used is shooting script, which takes the perfect shoot counted by the script. These scripts are active even in rush. If you search forum a bit, you can see that the cheats came out before the game, that cheaters are not getting banned, you facing them over and over again, and there is no fixes for it by EA. Hello, I am playing EA SPORTS FC on PS5 Digital. After the latest update, I get error code CE-107928-7 every time I try to enter Ultimate Team. Other game modes work normally. I tried: - Rebuilding database - Reinstalling the game - Logging out and back into EA account - Updating PS5 system software The issue is still happening. I’m posting to ask for help and escalation on my own case, but also to raise awareness of what appears to be a wider, ongoing issue affecting PC players. Timeline of my account: Jan 18th – First transfer market ban applied for alleged Coin Distribution, appealed the same day - case #235503244 21st – Ban confirmed as incorrect and overturned, went back to normal playing the game and active trading 26th – Second transfer market ban issued for alleged Coin Distribution, appealed the same day - case #236233027 28th – Received an email and case update confirming the ban was incorrectly applied and overturned. Despite this, transfer market access was not restored, so I submitted another case the same day as advised by a customer care agent and advised that it would be resolved quickly - submitted case #236430848 30th (today) – Received another confirmation agreeing the ban was incorrect and would be lifted. However, my account is still restricted from the transfer market! Spoke with customer care again and advised to submit another case to ToS which could be up to 10 days wait. Submitted case #236593866 So despite the ToS team agreeing that the bans were applied in error, full functionality has still not been restored since the most recent ban. I’ve now lost over 9 days and counting of transfer market access during TOTY, purely due to repeated false positives and delays in restoring access. Beyond my own case, this clearly isn’t isolated. Many PC players are reporting the same issues. It strongly suggests a systemic issue with the automated detection system on PC, particularly impacting active traders. I’d really appreciate: Help to escalate my case so my access is fully restored Reassurance that this wider issue is being actively investigated and prioritised Thanks to anyone who can help push this forward. Im running a Dominican Republic RTG where I only use Dominican players and players with Dominican roots, like Balde, and there are 2 bronze Dominican players that have been extinct since release, 63 rated Núñez and 61 rated Kaparos. EA, can you please ACTUALLY make these players available so I can finish the team? These are the only 2 players left and I need them for my team.
