after update feedback - no tackling at all now!
This is genuinely very concerning! After the latest update, my players have completely lost the ability to tackle. They now feel permanently inactive defensively, almost as if tackling mechanics have been heavily delayed, disabled, or broken altogether. What exactly did you do, EA? The gameplay was already in a bad state before the update, but somehow you have managed to make it significantly worse. Players are no longer defending for me, all defending is gone! Pressing feels ineffective, tackles turn into jockey animations (as it was before but know 100% of the time), and basic defensive actions feel completely unreliable. It honestly feels like I am fighting against the game engine itself rather than playing football. My opponents however enjoy going through my attackers at any given moment from any angle! At this point, where is the bottom, EA? Somehow you always find a new low! What are you actually doing to the gameplay? Nothing from your pitch notes actually works!(PS5) – Reference #249697177
Hello, I am experiencing an account-specific issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5. Today I successfully entered Ultimate Team and started claiming my match rewards. I claimed the first reward successfully. While claiming the second reward, the game froze completely. Since then, I have been unable to access Ultimate Team. Current symptoms: Ultimate Team gets stuck on the loading screen. Sometimes I receive a message saying I need to be connected to PlayStation Network and EA servers, even though I am connected. The FC Companion App sometimes reports that another session is active or it will not let me log in. Kick Off and Career Mode work normally. Troubleshooting completed: Restarted PS5 multiple times. Restarted router. Rebuilt PS5 database in Safe Mode. Changed EA account password. Tested internet connection successfully. Contacted EA Support via Live Chat. Hey, can anybody help? I quick sold manager before completing tasks for MArket, and now i can't play almost any game in Ultimate Team mode. Is there any other way to get a manager? I tryed with deleting saved games, uninstaled game but it won't solve problem. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Hello EA Community Team and Moderators, I am writing this post out of complete desperation because my account was permanently banned for "Coin Trading," which is a complete false positive. I have already submitted multiple standard webform appeals, but they keep getting instantly rejected by what seems to be an automated system without any real human review. I am a dedicated and legitimate player. I have invested well over 100 Euros of real money into EA Points on this account, and my only goal is to get my club and my progress back. I do not want refunds; I just want justice for my account. The ban happened right after a completely standard and legitimate transaction on the open transfer market: I bought a Vitinha 97 TOTS card for 2.1 million coins. A bit later, I sold the same card on the open market for 2.3 million coins. My total coin balance went from around 11.5M to 14 million coins purely through legal market engagement, gameplay, and trading within the rules of the Ultimate Team. Furthermore, I have kept regular screenshots of my club's progress and coin balance throughout my journey. These images clearly document the organic and steady growth of my balance over time, proving that every single coin was earned step-by-step through pure gameplay, rewards, and legal trading, without ever purchasing a single coin from third parties. I am more than willing to provide these files to any EA representative who can review my case manually. I have never bought coins, distributed coins, or participated in coin trading. My account was flagged incorrectly by an automated bot system. Since the standard support tickets are stuck in a loop of automated rejections, I kindly request a Community Manager to look into this and manually escalate my case to a senior Terms of Service supervisor for a proper human audit of my transfer market logs. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with a 95-rated Evolution in EA FC. Every time I try to start or access this Evolution, I receive the following error message: “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.” The issue has been happening for over a week, and I am still unable to use or progress the Evolution. I have restarted the game multiple times, but the problem remains. My account was banned for trading in-game currency, but I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't trade privately. I acquired a tradable Mbappé, sold it, and got banned. Why is the studio so inefficient? I've waited 21 days and still no result. Who knows if my case is stuck? I've spent at least $20,000 on this game. Why are they doing this to me? Even if they don't unban me, why don't they give me a result? Why keep waiting like this without any timeline? Even if they unban me in a year, who cares? This will only reduce the number of players. Those who genuinely trade in-game currency and cheaters haven't been punished, while I, who have been consistently spending money on in-game currency, am banned. It's ridiculous. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Has anyone filed a complaint recently? How long did you all wait?
