Sorry to hear that the FC Points you've purchased haven't been credited.
I see you've already tried contacting EA support and Microsoft support, which is good because they would have the right tools and resources to investigate this. If it's been over 24 hours since the purchase, please try contacting our support team again using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page. You'll want to include your proof of purchase, the time of purchase, and other details that prove those points should be in your account. If you can find the proof from that prior purchase as well, you can definitely also flag that again, though preferably in a separate case.

Hi,
I do appreciate the response however I have already logged a case for the previous incident and kept getting the same response over and over again. Am I actually going to be speaking to a human who will actually look into both of these incidents and have my account reimbursed with the 37,000 ea fc points I am owed?

Hey BarryBomber,
We do have humans reviewing all the cases that come through, even though they sound similar.
I'm afraid we can't guarantee anything, but submitting a case is the best course of action at this point. Of course the more proof you can provide, the better.
