I once had the same issue. I contacted ea. I provided proof of the purchase, transaction id and pictures. I got a reply one month later saying they would investigate the issue. Case got put to solved...yet there was no points added to my account and no further reply. I questioned it and got told the case was solved. To this day I still dont know what happened with my fifa points.
