2000 ping problem

Downloaded the trial for the game really wanted to pay full and play the game when it is released however whenever I load into a online game out off the 7 or so mins a game runs for I only play 30 seconds without lag that reached up to 2000+ ping which makes the game physically impossible to play checked my internet and it’s running fine I ordered internet things that apparently reach internet blind spots but was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this or if it’s just a EA problem since I would acc like to play the game
