    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute. That can be done by using the instructions in this article.

it would be great if you could help flag my case with whoever deals with these things as I am a veteran RTG gamer not a cheat. 
thanks for replying though I always here people complaining about EA’s help and although you haven’t solved the issue at least you have tried to be helpful.

    Unfortunately, I can't get your case flagged. If you submit a dispute, ToS will investigate the ban for any evidence that it was given out by mistake.
