Didn’t receive FC Points
Hello, A few days ago, I purchased EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store using the mobile app. According to the game description, this edition includes 6,000 FC Points, but I haven’t received them yet in-game. I’ve already downloaded and installed the game, and I’m playing using the same PSN and EA account that I made the purchase with. Could you please check if my purchase was correctly registered as the Ultimate Edition and confirm why the FC Points haven’t been credited yet? Thank you in advance for your help.

Im always disconnecting at the end of the game or after couple of games because of that I cant progress through squad battles and rivals. I have a decent pc and very good connection. Everytime at the end of the game it always says connecting to ea servers it isnt available right now. HOW CAN I FIX THIS IT ALWAYS MESS UP WITH MY REWARDS FOR SQUAD BATTLES AND RIVALS. IF THIS CANT BE FIXED CAN I GET A REFUND. It also happens to my laptop same thing which I have spec of rtx 3050 rygen 9 16gb ramPrize Range Error for Bronze and Silver Club Items
If you have problems finding your clubs badge or stadium please join this thread. Bronze and Silver Club items are capped at 300 coins! Thats why most of them are extinct on the market. ############# Original Post: until yesterday the price range for Bronze Stadium cards was 5,000 coins. Since the release I bought and sold a plenty of them for around 4,000 coins each - especially the newly added Allianz Arena. Today there was an update, and suddenly all Bronze Stadiums are capped at just 300 coins. Why was this done? I lost around 60,000 coins this morning, when I auto-refreshed my transfer list and all Stadiums where baught for 300 coins instantly. Losing that many coins in the beginning of the game is brutal and I am acutally very sad about it. The game isn't even fully released yet, and one of the most popular newly added stadiums gets its price range capped to 300 coins? I really hope this was a mistake! The all time big for this game at peak looking at the numbers was over 100k players. Which is pretty healthy. but the real time player from active player.io shows the peak now is at under 60k. that’s a 10k loss of players a month in believe. And it shows that every update has only made this game worse so players drop off. Could you imagine if this football game was against other big studios. Could you imagine how many people would turn off if gta was released now. there is no incentive to really play the game, squad battles, so unrealistic it’s impossible to enjoy rush, so many inactive players making the game pointless rivals/champs, the ultimate pay to win mode this isn’t including all the cheaters around, and what does EA do, make squad battles harder, and not respond to anything that is being requested multiple times by the player base. EA is so disjointed from the player base, they see it as just a cash cow, and unfortunately people still think it’s the way to play because they follow all the streamers. EA needs to drop the slogan “if it’s in the game” because so much isn’t in the game of football in regards to tackling, or speed of players etc, there are many more which I can’t be bothered to go on. not that EA cares about what anybody (its player base) saysAccount Specific Gameplay Delay and Responsiveness Issue Request for Review
Hello EA Support Team, I am reporting an ongoing gameplay issue that seems to be account-specific. At the start of the game, gameplay on my account was smooth for about two weeks. Players responded correctly, tactics worked as intended, and the experience was enjoyable. After that, the gameplay changed and has remained problematic. I consistently experience input delay, slow reactions, unresponsive passing and movement, and players not following assigned tactics or making proper runs. The gameplay feels heavy and unresponsive. I am confident this issue affects my account specifically. This was confirmed when I played on my friend’s account using the same console and internet connection, where gameplay was smooth, responsive, and natural. This shows the issue is not related to my connection, hardware, squad, or skill level. My squad and division rank are higher than my friend’s, yet my gameplay experience is significantly worse. I am not requesting rewards or advantages. I only ask for a fair, normal, and smooth gameplay experience so I can continue enjoying the game. Hello, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the leaderboards in EA Sports FC 26 (PS5). Although I can see my friends listed in the “Friends” leaderboard, my own club does not appear there. My friends can’t see me either, but I can see them. Details: Platform: PlayStation 5 Mode: Ultimate Team → Club → Leaderboards (Top Squad / Friends tab) Issue started in a random time. I can still see and play with friends normally; only the leaderboard sync seems broken. I’ve already tried the following: Switched between “Global” and “Friends” leaderboards (Triangle). Refreshed leaderboards. Played several matches to trigger new sync. Restarted the game and console. The problem persists, and I suspect my club profile might not be syncing properly with EA servers. Could you please refresh or resync my account’s leaderboard data on your end? Thank you in advance for your help — I can provide screenshots showing the issue if needed. Best regards,PK
