False Transfer Market Ban – Long-Time Player Since 2013 (Need Help)
Hello everyone, I’m posting because I believe my account has been incorrectly flagged and I’m hoping for some advice. I recently received a Transfer Market ban in EA SPORTS FC 26 for “balance transfer,” but I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins, and I only have one Xbox account. I do not use any third-party services. My gameplay is normal, I play matches and occasionally trade players on the market, and I use coins only for gameplay such as seasons and evolutions. I have already contacted support and submitted appeals, but they were denied without a clear explanation. This is very frustrating, especially since I have been playing since 2013 and this is my first issue. I believe this may be a mistake or false flag due to normal trading activity or market fluctuations. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this further? I haven’t logged in to play for a while but yet I receive several emails telling me that my password was changed even though I didn’t request for a password changed, fearing my account security was breached I changed my password and the next thing I knew I received another email telling me that my account has been disabled… in addition to that I’ve been receiving emails telling me someone else has been purchasing copies of the game from Hong Kong when I’m based in Singapore… I’ve lodged a case with the team for this but they’re taking too long to even respond, the reason the hacker used written in Chinese loosely translated is that he/she has trouble reproducing 🙄 what kind of basis is that for disabling my account to begin with…Rush getting worse
Just went into a game, my first of the night and turned it straight off 3 players with me were 1 paused all game never kicked at all 1 person tried dribbling around the whole team, lost it and paused and left on the 3 min mark the final person scores one own goal a then gets sent off how is this fair on me, especially if I quit I get punished on my DNF and lose coins etc. how is this fun for me to sit there getting battered though no fault of my own. EA needs to sort this out, but we know they won’t, EA don’t care about the player base in any way, all they care about is the shop working and there favourite YouTubers rooting by giving the best items. joke of a company and inept to sort out a competitive mode. and I can pretty by be 109% sure there will be no comments from any mod or dev explaining on how they have got it all wrong this yearPack luck a joke….when there is challenges
I’ve opened at least 25 packs of 85plus packs over two weeks, can you guess how many tots variants I got……1. this is awful considering you need to have two budeliege players, can’t do that, 2 nwsl players, can’t do that, haven’t packed a ligue 1 player yet, so can’t do that, also haven’t packed a arkema league player, so that’s impossible, super lig, laliga player or a liga Portugal player. I also had to buy a seria A player also. thats way to much money to be buying that many players, you should be giving at least minimum on challenges these players. Or making pack weights higher to complete these challenges the game should not be pay to win on challenges EA it is a joke, start gifting the packs for people to openHow do I get fouled by the AI
This game is a joke, I hate online game play so stick to squad battles. I’ve played 40 games now trying to get a foul tried shielding, just run around me and get the ball or poke the ball through my legs etc tried dribbling, just slides or standing tackle to perfection everytime. tried pulling the ball back and slow dribbling etc with close control, it’s impossible to be fouled yet there is a challenge out called dead ball danger where you need to score 3 free kicks. It’s a joke that this is impossible to do. It’s yet another failure on EAs part

What's the gripe about legacy defending, why did it get turned off? Because defenders chase the guy with a ball? Go to any football game ever....little kids, 3-4 years of age, can't do anything yet, can't pass, can't shoot, can't dribble. You know what they can do? Chase the ball, that's literally all they do. So what's so unrealistic about Maldini chasing down the guy in possession of the ball? Not a thing. So what, people complained that their little dance moves were being ruined by defenders who know where the ball is, so they called it "unrealistic"? Show me a game where a player runs with a ball while defenders just stomp bugs around him because that is what's happening now. Defenders knowing how to chase the ball is very realistic, they reason they don't do it all day in the game is because it opens up spaces and tires them out. Now what do we have? We have defenders who won't even walk towards the ball in their area, who won't take the ball if it rolls right through them, who won't even stick their foot out if it goes past them, defenders who are stuck running behind the dribbling player unable to do anything to get the ball. Show me a game where that happens. If this was some sort of championship with money on the line, by all means, make your rules as difficult as you want them....but it's a game, it's supposed to be fun. I got Maldini, Campbell, Desailly, and Zanetti.....not one of them have the slightest clue about what a ball looks like, apparently. Yes, seems very realistic now.False “Coin Distribution” Flag After Legitimate Trading
Recently had around 7 million coins wiped for “coin distribution” despite never buying or transferring coins. The coins came from a combination of FC Points and trading, with the vast majority built through trading and lazy selling TOTS cards over a long period of time. I also have a full spreadsheet documenting player purchases, sales, and profit margins from my trades. What makes the situation frustrating is the lack of transparency in the review process. My first appeal was denied with a very generic response and without any actual explanation, evidence, or suspicious transactions being shown. I fully support EA taking action against real coin sellers, but the current system feels far too automated when legitimate high-volume traders can lose massive amounts of progress without any meaningful transparency or proper manual review.
