7-Day Suspension with No Real Explanation

I have been suspended for 7 days for "Hateful Conduct", but EA only shows the phrase "KANAK ATTACK" without any context. There is no information about when it happened, where it happened, or what exactly led to this decision.

I have already submitted an appeal, but the biggest problem is that I have multiple active Evolutions in Ultimate Team that I invested a lot of coins into. They will expire while my account is suspended. Even if EA later decides to remove the suspension, the damage will already be done because the Evolutions cannot be completed.

I don't understand why EA cannot provide the full context behind a suspension. Players should know exactly what message or action caused the punishment so they can understand the decision and defend themselves if necessary.

Has anyone here had a similar experience? How long did EA take to respond to your appeal, and did they ever reverse the suspension?
