Future Stars Issue
Hi Folks, In regards to Future Stars Academy , I noticed there was a Debut Contract to sign a player, I used this on a Silver Nico O'Reilly , Completed the objectives via Squad Battles but there wasn't much associated attribute boosts, no base playstyles, no position upgrades ... Now before anyone says I should've used a Future Stars Academy Player , why was the Silver Nico O'Reilly eligible , If anyone can shed light to this, I'd appreciate itWhy are servers still banned in Syria?
Please and wish you to open the servers in Syria. The corrupt regime has been dropped and we are fans of the fc game coming to our country after all these years to find that the game does not work. This is injustice to the new Syria and the lovers of this game.
Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. I paid for the season pass and completed it. I got the evo that gives me finesse shot plus and the technical playstyle plus. I added both to a Estevão card and I had it for a few weeks. I log on today to find my finesse shot playstyle got replaced with quickstep. I’m confused as to why as well. Not only did the playstyle get changed the stats changed aswell which is strange. I paid for the finesse shot plus evo not quickstep and now i don’t know what to do. I would want a refund or it to be changed back.

Paid Evolution Result Changed – Frostbite Finisher PlayStyle Issue Hello EA FC Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the Frostbite Finisher evolution, which I completed a while ago. I paid for this evolution specifically to obtain the Low Driven Shot / Low Driven Shot+ PlayStyle on my player. At the time I started and completed the evolution, the card met all requirements, and the decision to spend coins / FC Points was made solely because of this specific PlayStyle. However, after the evolution was completed, the Low Driven Shot PlayStyle was replaced with “Technical” on the final card, for reasons that are unclear to me. This is especially confusing given that the card was a UEFA Champions League live item. From my perspective: I paid for a specific evolution outcome The advertised / expected PlayStyle was changed after completion The final card no longer reflects what I paid for This feels unfair, as the evolution was completed in good faith and with real in-game resources, based on the PlayStyle that was available at the time. I would appreciate clarification on the following points: Why was the Low Driven Shot PlayStyle replaced on an already completed evolution? Is there any way to restore the original PlayStyle or provide compensation for the paid evolution? What is the correct way to escalate this issue outside of the forum, as previously it was possible to contact EA Support directly via email or manager-level support?
