82x10 pack not given

Hello, can you someone help me . 
I’ve just completed two , +82x10 SbC and haven’t received the packs. I did the same yesterday and it’s happened again today. That’s made me loose 4 Totw that I put in the sbc to get the packs. 
km extremly frustrated.
