89 Icon SBC

My EA ID is iZoom1007. I was completing the 89 icon pack and it said it was available for 3 days on the web app and companion app. Today  at 1pm the sbc was still there but all my progress disappeared. I competed the 85 and 86 rated squad and just need the 87 squad. Please is there any way my progress can get carried over to the 89 icon sbc currently or can I get reimbursed for it. I’d appreciate the help please.
