About account bans
My account was banned, but I haven't done anything unusual. After filling out the appeal form and submitting it, it keeps saying: 'Appeal not submitted, case not created.' What's causing this?

Sorry to hear you’re unable to submit the appeal.
Please first make sure you’re signed in to the EA Account that received the sanction, then try submitting again using another browser or private/incognito mode. Clearing the browser cache and temporarily disabling VPNs or ad blockers may also help.

If the message still says “Appeal not submitted, case not created,” select Contact us at the bottom of the guide. The support team can help with access to the appeal process. You can also use this webform instead if needed.
