Access to transfer market on companion

I unlocked access to transfer market 2.5-3 days ago and i still cant access the market or the season pass on my phone the companion app im going on holiday and will be wanting to do sbc's and they still have my transfer market locked i tried everything to talk to a employee at ea but thers no way at all i can get into a live chat or even email them i hope ea sees this and gets back to me on this issue.......
