Accidental purchase

At around 11:40pm Uk time I was trying to claim my free level reward from the season pass and whilst doing so, due to the controller delay and lack of visibility of which level you’re hovering over I’ve ended up buying the season pass with 500k coins instead of claiming my free level, I have the video and been trying to attach it but it just says failed… I can email it ? and since this happened I immediately closed the app and haven’t claimed any of the levels, is it possible to get my coins back?
