ive probably been banned for 3 months on my main account never bought coins or sold coins and used cheat! yet i got a ban and i cant even connected to my ea online every appeal i get a automated response you broke the rules so youve been ban! yet ive never received any marks against me in the past just out of nowhere im banned id like to receive some actual help or refund on all my fc point purchase if yall are to ignorant to actual explain the ban or fix what yall have done wrong ASAP!

I understand why you’d be upset, especially if the ban came out of nowhere from your point of view. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be handled here on the forums.
If you’ve already appealed, that’s still the right route. If needed, you can also try this webform and explain that you’ve already appealed multiple times but still need help.
