when did you get banned date wise?
2nd October. I have downloaded my account data from the website and have proof my account was accessed in two different locations (Glasgow and Tokyo) on the 1st October when I was hacked. I live in north west England
if you opened a case with EA it has been 10 days officially today you should contact them and see whats going on
They’ve responded to the case saying it’s considered a closed matter but the issue is they’re avoiding the part where my account was hacked. It seems like an automated reply because I get the same response each time. Not really sure what to do now? Can I contact an actual person to discuss it somehow?
