Account hacked, rejected 3x despite clear evidence
Hello EA Community and EA Team,
I urgently need help. My FC26 account was hacked on January 22, 2026. I provided clear evidence, but EA keeps rejecting my appeal with standard responses.
EVIDENCE OF HACK:
1. Unauthorized logins on January 22, 2026:
- Login from China (null, CN)
- Login from Spain (Cangas del Narcea, ES)
- Login from USA (Santa Clara, US)
I was NOT in any of these locations. I only play in Germany on PlayStation 5.
2. Compromised password:
My password was officially flagged as compromised (data leak). Screenshots available.
3. Two-Factor Authentication was enabled:
Despite 2FA, hackers gained access (likely phishing attack).
4. 9 years clean history:
- Customer since 2016
- Never violated any rules
- Invested thousands of euros in FIFA/FC
THE PROBLEM:
EA rejected my appeal three times with identical standard responses. It's obvious my specific evidence was not individually reviewed.

- How can I get a real manual review by a senior advisor?
- What other steps can I take?
TO EA:
I politely but firmly request a manual senior review of my case. I am a victim of a cyberattack and have provided all required evidence. After 9 years as a loyal customer, I expect a fair, individual review.
