Account has been hacked

I logged into the game today to play FUT Champs, to find my best tradable players with a value of around 900k gone. One advisor saw the players were actually sold, yet I have 50k in my account. There’s no players in my club, or no signs the coins were spent, yet the support team believe there isn’t suspicious activity on the account. I’ve spent over £200 on the game and it’s been stolen. No offers for compensation or any help. There is clearly an issue with the 2 factor authentication on the game where hackers aren’t being registered.
