Am i banned?

hello EA, i’ve been playing multiple game modes such as the new penalty game mode cup, division rivals, champions, and squad battles but everytime when i completely finish playing the match, when the in game referee blows the whistle, my game says “EA is unable to proceed ur request please try again later” and it proceeds to kick me out of ultimate team, and because of this i end up not getting my rewards or objectives. So i was wondering if i have been banned by chance
