App crashed in Draft and not getting a token

I was winning a draft around yesterday night; the opponent ragequit the game and my app immediately crashed. The game thinks I quit the app, so I got a loss for it. I tried redeeming a draft token from the 'missing content tool' link on Google. It says I am not eligible for a draft token when my app crashed even though I was winning. Kindly help EA
