Banned for No reason I never bought Coins

I have been a customer for almost 17 years (since 2010). I was banned last week from all EA games for buying coins when i did no such thing. I provided evidence of no wrong doing and the ban has not been lifted. I submitted an appeal and i keep getting an automated message from a bot telling me the ban will not be lifted when it is obvious no additional review was done.

In this appeal I formally requested a manual review of the action taken on my account.

I believe this punishment may have been issued in error, as I have not used any third-party tools, coin buying services, bots, or exploits. My gameplay and transfer market activity were consistent with normal in-game mechanics.

Additionally, I submitted a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) under applicable data protection regulations.

I asked to provide:
• The specific reason for this action
• The market transaction logs or data points that were used to justify the punishment
• Confirmation that my case has been reviewed by a human member of the TOS Team, not an automated system

I received nothing of the such and got another automated message back. If this isnt resolved, i can safely say you have lost a customer of 17 years and I will never recommend another EA game again in my life. Additionally if i do not receive the appropriate evidence on why i was banned, or have the ban lifted.

I would also like to call out Shanks from the customer experience team. Who responded to my appeal but obviously did not read single word. He responded to my appeal telling to to submit an appeal and provided the link to do so. Mind you, this was his response to my active appeal which i already submitted.

Again, awful customer service like I have never seen in my life.

    Hey Nabilel17,

Sorry to hear that the response to your appeal wasn't what you were hoping for.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to review or escalate appeals here on the forums, as we don't have the necessary tools to do so. The same applies to our live support team, as appeals are solely reviewed by our Terms of Service team. Each review is manually completed, though the response you receive is a template based on the decision reached after the review. While this might not be ideal or your intention, I'm afraid the specific reason(s) for the account action aren't disclosed to prevent misuse of that information to circumvent detection.

If you disagree with the result of the appeal, feel free to appeal again so our ToS team can take another look. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal. Please keep an eye on your case history page in the meantime, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. Thanks!
