Banned for No Reason

I was banned for buying and selling coins but I have never don’t that. I have spent a bunch on fifa points and all my coins were obtained legitimately. It’s ridiculous they would do this when anyone could tell that if they actually spent the time to look. I submitted an appeal and no one responded. Can anyone help.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please be sure you had created an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you. If those are the same steps you'd already followed, thanks for getting that process started.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but you can keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once their review is complete. Thanks!

    You're welcome to submit another appeal to have a different member of the Terms of Service team take another look.

    Appeals don't guarantee a ban will be removed, just that the team will review their records of the situation and what took place again.

    I legitimately did not buy coins I wanted to see the evidence of so and no one could tell me

    I made an appeal and no one helped they kept the ban

    Same happened to me, 2 months ago, still waiting on the review to go through, got a bunch of automatic responses with the same unfounded acusations, never an acknowlegment that my messages were getting through, lanes of comunication (e-mail and ban contest message board) locked down... frustrating as hell not being able to experience the full game and get some cards from the market for doing nothing, and just being banned by some algorithm with no answers. Also asked for the data pertaining my market activity, no answer as well... i keep trying to insist to no avail, hope you have better luck
