Banned for nothing?

All ban appeals are independently reviewed by a member of the team Sharpedge1999​.

I appreciate your time checking in here. 🙏 I know you’re not the one to blame for EA’s processes, but please understand it’s highly frustrating from a player point of view.

The appeal system is automated and there is no subject matter expert looking at accounts manually to make a case by case decision. 

However, the sheer scope of this issue demands manual intervention. Only in this thread there are >100 replies in the last days. And this ist just the tip of the iceberg. Many more reports on X and Reddit.

This cannot be a coincidence. Therefore, on behalf of everyone affected, I kindly ask you to raise this issue, forward it to the responsible people and do something against it if you can. What happened in December on PlayStation during WinterWildcards proofs that action on this matter is very well possible.

I also have same problem, I make a lot of SBC for TOTY,  and I just have play a few games last month. But My account still be banned on 16 Jan. even I prepare 300000+  fcpoints , but I can not do anything now.  I have appealed a ban everyday.   If I cheat , I can accept any punishment. This is ridiculous. do u have any support to get my account back as soon as possible?

Yeah you may not be able to do anything about it directly, but two years ago when people were being banned for anti cheat conflicts you sent it up the chain. That's the right thing to do here too.
