I got banned on 30 Aug, several appeals, denied with same identical email and some of them with different ban title.
Now they move my case to "Closed Case" category, I can never re-appeal again. I have got my raw data from DPO, but the data is flaw, extremely ridiculous, I raised the concern but they freaking ignore me and close that case too.
I am doing nothing wrong, EA banned me for a false accusation, but they thought they were right and ignore their customers.
What a joke.

EA say Truxton do Balance transfer. Truxton say no.
Truxton have ONE account. Truxton play on normal PlayStation. Truxton trade cards by hand. Truxton no buy coins. Truxton no sell coins. Truxton no move coins between accounts. Truxton no bot. Truxton no autobuyer. Truxton no third party trading software.
EA review many times. EA still say Truxton cheat. EA still never say WHAT TRUXTON DID.
Truxton not ask secret anti cheat magic. Truxton ask simple question: what transaction was Balance transfer?
EA have all transaction records. EA close appeal process after Truxton keep asking same simple question.
Truxton spend over $300 on FC Points in FC 26 and about $1,000 on FC over two years. EA lock Truxton out of Transfer Market at end of FC 26 when Truxton finally have coins to buy endgame players Truxton worked toward all year.
Truxton now send formal Notice of Dispute to EA Legal.
Truxton also decide simple thing.
No FC 27.
No FC Points.
No more money until EA fix problem.
Truxton like football game. Truxton want play football game. Truxton not want spend another year building club if EA can take away BIG part of game for something Truxton did not do.
EA eventually must discover fire.
