I spent $130 or whatever for the new addition as well as stocked up on 18,500 points during FC 26 to transfer over to 27 and given that they locked me out at the very end of the game for finally learning, how to trade the market and buy the cards I would want for myself as well as the evolutions they ripped me off and locked me out of the market

I’ve already put in for arbitration with EA sports over this. I recommend others do the same. It’s a pretty easy process.

It’s much easier than dealing with the robot appeals

I am with you 1000%. I have 14,000 coins and I bought FC 27 deluxe but I am not going to even open the game until this is sorted out.

The idea that they would have you spend this much time learning this system, and the effort that they know you would have to do to put this in manually and you’ve spent all this money and they seem very flipping about dealing with this problem

I’ve heard longtime players complain about how they just can’t keep playing the game and I’m starting to understand why

Don’t accept these warnings or bands because they will stay on your record and they will be used against you later to close your entire account therefore robbing your of any investment of time or money you put into this game

I’ve now gone through repeated EA appeals without getting a substantive resolution, and I’ve seen many other players describing the same problem. If you believe you were wrongly sanctioned and the normal appeal process is getting you nowhere, EA has another formal process available through its Legal Department.

FORMAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE TO EA LEGAL

For U.S. customers, EA’s User Agreement provides a formal Notice of Dispute procedure. This is separate from the normal Penalty History appeal process.

Send a written Notice of Dispute to:

  • The amount of money you are seeking, if applicable
  • Your personal signature

Attach or preserve documentation such as your Penalty History, rejection emails, appeal history, screenshots, and relevant purchase records.

Send it with tracking and keep a complete copy plus proof of delivery.

You do NOT need to demand EA reveal proprietary anti-cheat systems or detection methods. If your dispute concerns “Balance transfer” or coin distribution, you can simply ask EA Legal to review your actual account/Transfer Market records and identify the conduct EA determined violated its rules.

EA’s User Agreement provides for an informal dispute-resolution period after EA receives a proper Notice of Dispute.

This is not another appeal. It is EA’s own formal dispute-resolution procedure.

If repeated appeals are accomplishing nothing, you do not necessarily have to keep submitting the same dispute indefinitely through the same appeal system. EA itself provides this additional escalation route.

Yes, there is a way that you can file a complaint directly with EA’s legal department, which is what I’m going to do on Monday

Barry, imagine that you invest a lot of time and money into this game maybe over years and all of a sudden this kind of problem starts happening to you. 

You’re going to go to the forums and ask for help. It doesn’t matter whether you handle fees or not yourself we’re trying to communicate with you that your game is not working for us.

 In other words we’re taking the time to tell you that we enjoy this game and are willing to invest in it, but your systems are making it impossible. Please be a little more sensitive and I hope that you and your staff are taking whatever actions possible to correct the situation as fast as possible.

They Lost a long time client...and until i remember this Will BE my testimonial...

First time it's happened in over 15 years and only two weeks before new game and I'm told no ban on FC 27 

Appeal process is pointless, no evidence provided for ban and can't even defend yourself because you don't know what you did wrong exactly.
