Been 3 days since I've done all Objectives, Market still fully locked

It's been 72h since i've done "On Your Way" Foundation Objective Group, which includes the "New Beginnings," "Venturing Out," and "Diving In" . This is a new PC account.

Alegally theres a 48h waiting time but 

• During this waiting period, you can still list players and items on the market, but you cannot search for them or place bids.

I can´t do anything.. nor sell or buy or search

I've done the "On Your Way" in game mostly only done the sbc part on webapp and collected final rewards in webapp also, don't know if that a thing

Without market acess feel left behind.. considering refund
