Bought offline draft then ea servers cheated me out it

Payed to play a offline draft. Got to semis then the whole other team was in their own corner for the game and was no keeper. Then as soon as I finished came up that ea couldnt process it and sent me to the dashboard. Kept happening after. Cost me loads of fc points and when spoke to ea support was just told there is nothing they can do about it. That is a complete scam when it’s a game mode that cost physical money out your account
